Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that your order is delivered to you within the times stated on our Delivery page /delivery/ Our deliveries are carried out by a third-party provider and as such this process is largely out of our control. If an event does occur which may affect your delivery and/or is otherwise outside of our control we will attempt to contact you.

Your delivery will need to be signed for when it is delivered to you so please ensure you make necessary arrangements for someone to be at your address to accept delivery of goods. If nobody is able to accept delivery of your goods, this may result in the goods returning to us and as a result any charges for redelivery may need to be paid by you.

Your delivery will be delivered to the nearest accessible location to the delivery address that you provide to us (Kerb side Delivery). Please ensure that any hazards that may prevent your delivery being taken off of the delivery lorry are removed, to the extent possible. If there are immovable hazards or obstructions (e.g. steps, uneven or gravel paths or driveways for example) your delivery may be made to an alternative location between the delivery vehicle and your property. If your property has limited or difficult access you must let us know at time of placing your order, using the delivery restrictions comment box. The goods will become your responsibility at the point of delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. All returns must be full box or full order quantities and in unused condition with original boxes / packaging. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item / order, please email customer service at sales@mazzannatiles.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number place all items securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and method of delivery. If you have received your order on a pallet and are returning the order you need to make sure that the order is secured for transit. Mazzanna Tiles will not accept any damaged returns.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

EXEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  • Special order items. Or items with (SO) in the title.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
